The challenges are attributed mainly by unavailability of proper details and contacts of the wedding services. Back then in the 80’s and 90’s, these wedding services were advertised through distributed pamphlets and visiting cards. Sometimes people had to depend on recommendations from relatives to book a service.
This may be a bottleneck because one’s favorite pick may not be the same preference for another. Nevertheless, as the technology advances, people are also expecting a faster mode of getting the details and contact numbers of the respective wedding planners and services.
